Rochelle Loveland is a Montana attorney and Montana native. Rochelle grew up in the Missoula valley, spending Saturday afternoons watching the University of Montana Grizzlies play football, and Sunday mornings at First Baptist Church. Rochelle graduated from the University of Montana, with honors, in 2002, with a double bachelor’s degree in French and History. She then attended the University of Montana School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate and was admitted to the Montana Bar Association in 2005.
After law school, Rochelle spent six years as an insurance defense attorney in Billings, Montana, first for two well established insurance defense firms. She and her husband Jonathen then moved back to Missoula to be closer to family before the birth of their first daughter. Starting in 2012, Rochelle opted step back from the full-time practice of law to raise her wonderful children. Rochelle then worked a flexible schedule as part-time attorney or litigation support lawyer for law firms specializing in probate, estate planning, business transactions and Litigation, bankruptcy, consumer protection, and landlord-tenant law. She now devotes her considerable analytic and organizational talents in pre-trial work and trial support for Stinson Law Group. Rochelle is an experienced and expert legal researcher and writer. Her work has tipped the balance in our client’s favor again and again.
In her spare time, Rochelle enjoys time with family and giving back her to community through various outreach projects with the church she has grew up in. She also has an amazing talent for decorating custom wedding, anniversary, and birthday cakes for friends and family.
